It’s great to hear a truly spectacular solo, by a super-fusion guitarist, where they don’t start doing that tapping/triple speed stuff in the middle, for no reason. This player sticks to exploring the varying tonality of the blues sequence - from both inside and outside the format. He also utilises expressive guitar sounds, rather than a single tone throughout.
I think he is one of the most fluently creative guitarists I’ve come across recently.

It's great to find a guitar player such as Andrejs that makes me want to listen to all his music video's. I play Jazz on my Gibson SG too. Tone is what is important. But so are comfort and playability. My Gibson SG sounds very good for Jazz and has the advantage of more comfort and easy playing over my full hollow-body Jazz guitar and even nicer than all my semi hollow-body guitars. I also love my Fender Telecaster and Stratocaster for Jazz for the same reasons. I have a Fender Jazzmaster but for me it's just a little too heavy for playing extended periods. -Peter

I like the way you match a guitar sound a little rock with jazz phrasing , a little more aggressive approach to jazz guitar , after all saxophone and brasses can be very 'dirty' I can't see way guitar must always be soft-spoken , you should have much more views and subscribers.

Thanks for your comment! No problem, there is my setting: drive channel, gain - 2, brite - off, deep - off, rock - on, high, mid, low - 12, input - 2, output - 10, master - 9, accent - 12, reverb - 0. On the recording I used soft reverb - Waves RVerb.
