Good luck to Paul. Regarding half time interval, unless they have changed it, the rule was 5 minutes for half time. So why 15? Simply this is because the interval starts when the teams go into the changing rooms. So if you are outside as in this match, the intervals starts when the teams leave the field/ Footnote, refs are supposed to have 2 different coloured shirts. Norfolk FA banned black shirts so that teams black shirts didn't clash with officials!
