I have found that multi needle embroidery machines are really a single needle machine with movable needles. They are like submarines, even though they seem to be different, they are ultimately the same in operation just the parts are slightly different and in different places, but they pretty much work the same. If you can't find the correct maintenance manual just about any good manual from other brands will work regardless of whether it has few or many needles. You earned your Dolphins, Now for the easy part...
I had this kind of thing happen to me quite often back when I did repair work on VCR's. Back then, service information was incredibly expensive. It got to the point with basket cases that I refused to even look at them. Wish I could be of some help, hope it works out.
I imported a custom 2 head 15 needle from China a few years ago. Nice machine but quality control during assembly was pathetic. I found that most are tajima copies to some extent and I downloaded a Tagima service manual to help. Had wrong power supply, misassembled heads and needles not seated correctly among other things
You are so brave, without even pictures putting it back together.
Oh the suspense!....waiting to see the final fix!
You remain calm at all times. Impressive.
Very interesting! Thanks for sharing!
Hello! That is too complicated for me. Good luck 🤞

Embroidery machines use a 75/11 needle made especially for Embroidery. I usually use Organ Needles or Schmetz.

Hi do you have an email to ask questions about other machines?
