Unfortunately not very many resources out there that I've found, but I would recommend learning to write stories normally, then I'd recommend watching my hooks video. Should set you up pretty nicely

Firstly, this video itself covers a topic which many other channels talk about... secondly, many of us have speech impediments and due to that viewers can't understand us. Hiring a voice over isn't a good alternative either as bills are expensive these days. Sorry but this more discouraging than positive.
