Bro if your first and foremost priority is sound quality then lemme tell you oppo m32 are the best that you can get even within 3000 rs. (I have them so I can vouch for them) Haa bas baake saare features thode kam hai isme.
And yes for sound quality : oppo > Realme > cmf

March 25 ko mera m32 ko 2 saal pura hua aur ajj mera ek side ka kaam nehi kar raha hai kyunki buds ke pass se wiring tut gaya hai..

CMF Neckband pro is very bad compared to the Realme . I have wasted my money on it and went back to realme wireless 3 neckband. The 50DB noise cancellation is also less than realme.
I have also tested both, not as such difference in ANC, but in terms of music quality and bass, Realme buds wireless 3 is Ahade 😊.
