Filipinos came to America for a better future because in the Philippines when you're poor you're poor, many came here on tourist Visa etc ,they came with legal papers and round trip tickets, then they'll try their best to legalize their stay, i believe most of them will not leave voluntarily, because many work under the table and send money to the Philippines and help their family, because when they come back they see no future in the country, no jobs no opportunities...

The title of the topic is misleading, so JUST RELAX! It don't apply to every Filipinos in the United States. You need to understand that there is a huge difference between Illegal Migrants and Legal Immigrants. Legal Immigrants had followed the rule of law. They have legal documents to show that they are legally admitted to the United States. On the other hand, Illegal Migrants "do not" have legal documents that allow them to remain in the United States. in other words, they had broken the Laws of the United States. The mass deportation starts with Illegal Migrants with criminal convictions or threat to public safety and terrorists that had infiltrated the country which are a threat to national security. After those group, then it will trickle down to all thats illegally residing in the U.S. So Filipinos thats in the country "legally", NO NEED TO WORRY!

Two types of illegal immigrants that entered US soil.
1) Those people who entered US through Southern Boarder.
2) Those people who were given VISA from their respective country(s) but expired resulted of their over-staying in the US. In 2024’ there were ( more or less) 10M illegal immigrants allowed by the Biden Administration to enter at the Southern boarder. Most of them came from different Latin countries without proper vetting process resulted the increase of crimes committed by these illegal immigrants.

Watching from San Bruno CA I'm a member of team replay...

Been in the US for 45 years. Went thru the legal process thru my father and paid my taxes since i started working. The sad thing is, I never qualified for the handouts these TNTs are given just because i make a few dollars more above the qualifying income bracket but not enough to sustain me, let alone a family. So now tell me, is that fair?????? Most of these TNTs don’t pay taxes and even when they do, they cheat on them. Then this guy i know, has the audacity to tell me, between he and I, if we were both in the ER, he’s gonna walk away with $0.00 medical bills while i will end up with thousands of $$$$. That was a slap in the face. But he’s not wrong though. Where is justice there. I understand we all want a better life for our family and truly emphatize with them, but they need to fight fair and square. Go thru all the legal process others do and did. And please stop being so mayabang. They are even more arrogat than the ones who are here legally. Like, what the heck!!!!😳😳😳😳😳😤😤😤😤

Magbasa ka: An immigrant's U.S. citizenship can be revoked through a legal process called denaturalization if it was obtained fraudulently or under specific disqualifying circumstances. The U.S. government may pursue denaturalization in federal court under the following conditions:
1. Fraud or Misrepresentation During the Naturalization Process
Providing false information or concealing important facts on naturalization forms.
Lying during the naturalization interview or in other immigration-related communications.
2. Illegal Procurement of Citizenship
Citizenship obtained when the individual was ineligible for naturalization due to factors like:
Failing to meet residency requirements.
Lacking good moral character.
Not taking the Oath of Allegiance properly.
3. Affiliation with Subversive Groups
Membership or affiliation with organizations such as:
Terrorist groups.
Communist parties.
Totalitarian or Nazi groups, particularly if such affiliation occurred within five years of naturalization.
4. Criminal Convictions Related to Immigration or National Security
Being convicted of specific crimes after naturalization, including:
War crimes.
Terrorism.
Human trafficking.
Espionage or other acts that harm U.S. national security.
5. Military Service Misrepresentation
If citizenship was obtained through military service, it can be revoked if:
The service was dishonorable.
The individual failed to meet military requirements.
6. Post-Naturalization Conduct
In rare cases, engaging in conduct that demonstrates the person never intended to fulfill the obligations of citizenship (e.g., actively supporting enemy forces during a time of war).
Once denaturalized, the individual may become deportable, depending on their immigration status prior to naturalization. The process is complex and typically involves federal court proceedings.
