Actually a judge I believe is the only one.. i.e. can make recording not in court or to allow it.. also what was granted was future obtained body eorn camera footage he cannot publish it going forward.
Yep. That same NH statute which the prosecutor referenced §105-D:2 also clearly outlines the fact that it's the law enforcement agency's responsibility to ask the victim of a crime whether they have consent from them to record their image, and if not, it states that they are required to blur out their image as soon as is practicable, which means as soon as they can get back to the police station to do so. It's not the responsibility of the people they disseminate the information to. If anything, the prosecutor is providing evidence that the police department broke the statute. Either he's truly incompetent, or he expected the Pro Se defendant and the Judge to be incompetent and tried to bamboozle them with a false interpretation through omitting the relevant parts of that statute in court. I can tell you this; if it was me in there, he'd be feeling every bit as incompetent as he sounds. And the Judge would be ticked off at him.
Body worn cameras should be immediately available to the public unedited. Their purpose is to not only document interactions and evidence, they are also for documenting the actions and conduct of law enforcement employees for professional and public scrutiny.
I agree in principle but there are rare incidents where police are trying to locate a subject and the premature releasing of the footage puts the public in danger, so a delayed response is warranted. But yes I agree overall.
@@AmericanPatriot447 that rare instance doesn't justify police desire to delay or obstruct the acquisition of body cam footage. In many states the public also has powers of arrest and detention
So why doesn't marc try and get the immunity law changed, he's an idiot if he thinks he'll win otherwise, they'll get him for something so many times that he'll end up in jail, as someones breakfast.
This is the most heroic thing I’ve seen a person do in a long time. Maybe one day everyone will realize that the fight for freedom is happening in corrupt courtrooms across the USA, not some far away country.

Do Prosecutors have qualified immunity? If the charges were found to be unlawful then you can file petition to ask for qualified immunity to be revoked, on the basis that your civil rights were violated, right? Go after the arresting officer personally. Prosecutors should be personally liable also!

Not really. The judge ruled AGAINST the prosecutor and FOR NHN. How can you say it's a "kangaroo court" ? Maybe you were not paying attention to the end of the video where NNH now said the judge ruled in his favor or you don't have the attention span to get through it all.

Pro se'- NO way, there are hundreds perhaps thousands of little trap doors in the law, without a degree you will never know them all and get severely brutalized. Is it possible to prevail, of course, but in general its a very bad idea unless you are a self absorbed egomaniac.
It's not. I represented myself pro se in bankruptcy court and stood in Opposition (objection) to a creditor's attorney's malicious request to remove the stay of proceedings regarding a foreclosure until the bankruptcy case was settled. Even though I pointed out all procedural errors her motion had which by law would render that entire motion null and void he ignored it. He also ignored the substantive elements where her motion was in violation of bankruptcy laws. Instead of denying her motions he scheduled an evidentiary hearing for six weeks later. Turns out she withdrew her motions , but still by law they should have been dismissed with prejudice outright. But as a pronse the courts think of you as a peasant and they don't care.
That judge had no basis for ordering you to never publish video in the future. She should have denied all 4 prayers. She’s not the honest actor that you think she is.

Yes or no. Would you knowingly file a ticket that was not consistent with the Texas constitution? Yes or no. Is this ticket consistent with the Texas constitution? Yes or no. Is there a victim? Yes or no. Have I been accused of violating someone’s rights? Yes or no. If yes, can you identify the right I allegedly violated? [To clarify, was it some one’s right to life, liberty or property?] There will also be an inconsistency with the ticket where no victim is noted. Did I violate the judge’s rights? Yes or no. Did I violate the police officer’s rights? Yes or no. Did I violate any of your rights? Yes or no. This civil action does not involve the alleged violation of a legal right? Yes or no. How does someone acquire standing in a civil case? Then please explain how the alleged plaintiff has standing to complain against me. Is your purpose here today to protect rights? Yes or no. Didn’t you already state the ticket is consistent with the Texas constitution? Yes or no. Please take judicial notice of article one section two of the Texas constitution. “All political power is Inherent in the people, Government is instituted for their equal protection…” How is this ticket consistent with the Texas constitution when article one section two states the Government is instituted for their protection and you’ve said I am not accused of violating any one’s rights? Would your [the judge’s] actions and orders be valid if you [he] did not have jurisdiction over me? Yes or no. [This question proves the RELEVANCE of the following questions. That is why I ask it. I may have to come back to it.] Does Mr. Judge have jurisdiction over me? Yes or no. [If objection] Did you bring this ticket to this court? Yes or no. Do you understand the nature and cause of the charges and proceedings you instigated against me? Yes or no. Then tell me, does Mr. Judge have jurisdiction over me? Yes or no. Is that an arbitrary opinion? Yes or no. So it’s based on facts currently within your knowledge? Yes or no. Who provided those facts to you? Are they on this ticket? Yes or no. So if I asked for the facts proving where, when, why and how you acquired your alleged jurisdiction over my life you could provide it? Yes or no. Do you know and understand what jurisdiction is factually? Yes or no. Factually what is jurisdiction? [Legal opinions, basically anything beyond CONTROL over people and property, is NON-RESPONSIVE, I OBJECT and MOVE TO STRIKE.] Is jurisdiction control over me? Yes or no. Do you exercise control over me? Yes or no. Factually, how was your jurisdiction, or control over me, acquired? [I never accept the spewing forth of political gibberish here.] Objection, Non-responsive, move to strike. Does your control over me depend on my freely given consent? Yes or no. If I don’t consent to your control over my life and property you’ll back off and leave me alone? Yes or no. My consent to your control over my life is not required? Yes or no. Would it be accurate to state you acquired your control over my life violently? Yes or no. [This has to conflict with the previous question] So your control over me is based on your coercion? Doesn’t control imply ownership? Yes or no. Didn’t you state I had basic human rights? Yes or no. Can you please explain to me how I have basic human rights that you respect while you take control over my life and property without my consent? Is the judge a party to these proceedings? Yes or no. Relevance was established earlier when told I’m entitled to a fair meaningful hearing, conflicts of interest. I’m not a lawyer, I don’t understand. Are you [state attorney] a party to these proceedings? Yes or no. Is he a witness in these proceedings? Yes or no. Are you [state attorney] a witness in these proceedings? Yes or no. Is the judge permitted to offer testimony against a party? Yes or no. Are you [state attorney] permitted to offer testimony against a party? Yes or no. What prohibits you both from testifying? May both of you disregard that? Yes or no. Would it be a fair hearing if either of you did? Yes or no. Who does the judge represent in all of this? Who do you [the judge] represent here? They may say: “I’m the judge.” Remember, explanations about the job or title are NON-RESPONSIVE i.e., I make decisions, rulings etc. That is NON-RESPONSIVE, move to strike, I know what your title is, I need to know who you represent here. On whose behalf are you appearing today? The judge either represents the “state” or he’s there on his own behalf. If he represents the “state” or the “people of the state,” then he represents the plaintiff. If there on his own behalf, then he may not claim the “constitution” as so-called “authority.” If the “state” then there is a conflict of interest. I’ve already been told I can’t get a fair hearing if there is a conflict of interest. If you don’t represent anyone and are appearing on your own behalf, then you are here on your own authority? Yes or no. How can you be here pursuant to the “constitution” and at the same time be here on your own authority? If you are here pursuant to the “constitution” then how could you not represent the “state,” the plaintiff? What is the nature of your [the cop’s] relationship to the judge? [Any type of relationship would imply a conflict of interest] If there is no relationship then why is the judge holding me to answer your complaint? Please tell me why that is not a conflict of interest. Is it still your opinion you [or the judge] have jurisdiction over me? Is your opinion you have “jurisdiction” arbitrary? So it’s based on facts currently within your knowledge?
A Protective order is about proscribing present & future conduct. So she is effectively issuing an order to not violate NH RSA 105-D, with Judicial consequences if you do. For the video already on UA-cam, just a guess, and completely spitballing it, but I bet it is because of the form the Prosecutor chose to push this issue. He asked for a protective order, which are handled by District courts all the time. He is now asking for "relief" in a protective order which I have never seen before - proscribing past conduct. Still, be careful - what the Judge did was lay out a roadmap for the prosecutor to go to the correct court with a proper motion to get the relief he seeks. Normally, I'd say that this particular ship has sailed so he would probably forget about it, but while I know it's fun to publicly denigrate & humiliate bad public servants, it also motivates them to be as vindictive and petty as possible. If the other person in the video is alleged to be a "domestic violence victim" or "witness" the prosecutor's move in Superior Court would be a slam dunk. All they have to do is claim it whether it's true or not at this stage.
This is just beautiful, thank you for all your work, better than most lawyers. It was brutal on that that guy will never recover, what a joke ar a lawyer.
The order says you can't publish, but it doesn't say anything about your friends. One of the outer doors to the courthouse was locked--this is a fire hazard and should be reported to the fire marshal immediately.
This is a required action by the citizens, in order to prevent further corruption of the system. We cannot allow prosecutors to even think they are slightly above the law. It is that simple, it is purely holding them accountable.
It's sad that prosecutors are willing to take these type of cases to court in an effort to circumvent the first amendment right of FREE PRESS. What a blatant assault on our rights, and an egregious waste of tax payer funding!
I love this channel. You sir are a straight boss. You represented yourself well in court. You were fearless and focussed. You looked like a well polished attorney. Great work!

There's a serious problem with judges as well. Long Island Audit was recently hit with EIGHT restraining orders despite posing no threat to any of the individuals involved. They can’t stop the publishing of public information, the judge does not have the authority to silence the press.

They did, though...
@@jeremy_trent LEGALLY, they can't.

Well I can understand redacting addresses, phone numbers, and names of victims. You have idiots that will use that to attack people.
I agree in principle but there are rare incidents where police are trying to locate a subject and the premature releasing of the footage puts the public in danger, so a delayed response is warranted. But yes I agree overall.

Who does the judge represent in all of this? Who do you [the judge] represent here?
They may say: “I’m the judge.”
Remember, explanations about the job or title are NON-RESPONSIVE i.e., I make decisions, rulings etc.
If there on his own behalf, then he may not claim the “constitution” as so-called “authority.”
If the “state” then there is a conflict of interest.
[Any type of relationship would imply a conflict of interest]
If there is no relationship then why is the judge holding me to answer your complaint?
Please tell me why that is not a conflict of interest.
Is it still your opinion you [or the judge] have jurisdiction over me?
Is your opinion you have “jurisdiction” arbitrary?
So it’s based on facts currently within your knowledge?
It also justifies the 200k spent becoming a lawyer.
If the court lacks the authority to remove a video, how could they possibly have the authority to preemptively remove videos?

Great job. You are THE Man! Thankful for a decent judge also. But you did great.
Much RESPECT to you and those who go after these TYRANTS.
Good for you bro! I live in NH and alot of public areas are becoming more restricted.
Great work!
But unfortunately he didn’t win.
Its not the auditor’s behavior that causes the calls and emails, it’s the behavior of the cops and civil servants that people are responding to.
It's like everyone from the cops to the prosecutor just counts on everyone who gets cited or arrested not to know their rights, or how to read a law, and expects to just steamroll all of them without having to do their homework. Way to prove them wrong.
It starts with the corrupt judges!👿💩💩💩💩💩
Byron Donalds imitators.
It's called corruption !
They sell out their own countrymen for a paycheck.
They’ll find every excuse to be corrupt and to prosecute for constitutional activities.
Now what the people need, is a rich First Amendment auditor, that goes after qualified immunity instead of cash settlements. We need some auditors that will NEVER settle...💪💪💪❤️🖖✌️
You can tell NH is tired of this bs, gets old super quick
Are you talking about Press NH? or the state and its goons?
WOW! You did an amazing job in court!
Keep up the great work!
There's a serious problem with judges as well. Long Island Audit was recently hit with EIGHT restraining orders despite posing no threat to any of the individuals involved. He's never harassed or stalked them. He didn't break the law. Still, the judge saw fit to infringe on his rights in order to protect their feelings.
When they have nothing on you and they need something it's always disorderly conduct that they go to
*disorderly* [ dis-awr-der-lee ] conduct
conduct in a manner the police don't like for whatever reason they can make up
Great point! I see it time & time again. It's their go-to retaliation charge when they're pissed off & need to lash out but have nothing.
Obstruction too.
@@chrisbudesa I was going to say that too
George is absolutely horrible and is wasting the time and money of The People and The Courts! We deserve better than this in the prosecutors we employ.
There's a reason old boy George is a public prosecutor and not earning the big bucks in private practice, and I think we can see what the reasons are!
I remember when I had the confusion that these people were honorable since they call them honorable judge and prose
I agree. If George was not as incompetent as he is, he COULD be working for a private law firm. The reason low class standing lawyers work for the government, is because the government doesn't really care about your qualifications, just that you can waste the courts time with BS that won't hold up on face value.
Prosecutor should be fired because she should’ve dropped us and never should’ve made it to court
@NYBorn519: You understand the prosecutor won, right?
You’re a LEGEND in your own time…….YOU ROCK THEIR CASBAH! Bravo!
I hope that judge has protection, because these tyrants will do anything to harm anyone that don't side with them..
You're an absolute BEAST Brutha. I love your audits and assertiveness dealing with our corrupt public officials. Thank you so much
Great job I really enjoyed the show and thank you for standing in the gap for our constitutional rights if they violate one person's constitutional Rights they violate everyone's constitutional rights.❤
LOVE the way you talk to these prics. Tihs is how they need to be addressed.....
That judge looked SO HURT that he had to find you not guilty... As if he was appalagizing to the prosecutor...
Sue these traitors in their private capacity. No immunity, no taxpayer money.
In reading the law for police concerning body camera footage, it is nice to see they aren't allowed to link body cameras to facial recognition software, could you imagine if the camera could red dot someone whose face matches someone with a warrant, just as the cops are walking through a crowd like they already do with license plate readers?
Press NH Now, you are the boss, putting these corrupt clowns in there place is good to see, keep the vids coming please.
Thank you brother, amazing job. I've been screwed over by these people and they put my child in jeopardy. So grateful to see people and the Constitution be put first
The fact that they do not want any recording proves corruption will be carried out
So cool Press! Good for you and I loved the bonus footage at the end especially! Keep doing what you do brother!
This made my heart happy brotha really cool to see you take it all the way.
What a brave officer. Needs a protective order to save him from all the phone calls 😢
Swallow the whole 👢 boot much?? Or do you just Gag on it??
he was being sarcastic bro @@dillondiemert4401
Love it! The prosecutor is so used to breaking the law in court that he doesn’t hesitate to try even when being recorded!! This is such obvious corruption, this criminal should be in prison! Great job! Keep up the great work!!!😂👍👍👍💯💣
Unfortunately, being incompetent is not illegal. It's stupid, but not illegal. It is only a lack of responsibility by the town government to hire in competent people to do the jobs.
Hillsboro county is corrupt. From your defence lawyers to prosecutors judges ect. It's a big club and you are not in it
Corruption is not welcome in America!!
It’s disgusting that the federal government DOJ or state won’t step in and prosecute/investigate these tyrants
Because they are bigger tyrants.
You have to be careful asking viewers to "call flood the PD" or similar language. But simply reminding viewers that they can call to redress (complain about) their government is completely legal.
Don't call.
Don't call.
eh, who am I to tell anyone what to do :)
Yeah.
This was used against LIA to get protective orders against him

Tyrants are going to do what tyrants do...
Wow! You were allowed to film in court ? Wow! Shes a darn good judge.
Love your work, keep it up! I'm not in or from your country but I thank you & everyone who stands against tyrannical government behavior in all of the (supposedly) free world.

It's deep...
Well done, brother. That prosecutor knows better and he deserves all the heat he's getting from this. BTW that 50 cent shirt is 🔥🔥🔥 brings back memories.
Thank you for your service also thank you for taking this all the way to court some auditors dont go all the way to court and i appreciate that you do
At least the judge is fair, thank you for upholding the law doing what is right regardless of who it is
I thought trying to ban him from publishing any future content is preemptive censorship, how is that fair?
@@post-leftludditeAgree - the judge came down on the side of the prosecutor, not the auditor.
How can the prosecutor be so ignorant of the laws
They are power hungry tyrants

Bro you’re amazing. I’m just learning about maritime admiralty law, the judge and the black robe, the policy revenue collectors etc. shitting all over our rights and the unbelievable DEEP rooted corruption in our “justice” system. We need MORE people like you.
Mark, how awesome was this man! They will never learn!Good luck in court on the 3rd.Kick ass brother.
Retaliatory arrest, tampering with evidence, derelict of duty. Disgrace to the badge.
Ty for all you do
Wow you guys are good! Way to go keeping these criminals in check! Wish we had a lot more auditors that was this educated on the law and had balls as big as bowling balls!
