This game looks pretty darn good...until the fight starts
It's the same with almost all of EA Sports games.

@@TheSpiderAndersongayyeah, kamaru looks a bit bland and weird. He was cleaner in ufc 4 in some way, but they will update models etc. Afterwards, and we will get used to it. He is not VERY bad

Not having Usman do his signature walk across the octagon to face his opponent during Bruce Buffers introduction is a huge miss from EA. How can they be so lazy

Man the ground and pound looks a lot better but if only they speed up the hooks by like 1 more frame than it will actually look good.
I was expecting a lot more tbh.. not sure how they managed to lose the feeling they had in UFC 3 just seems very stiff and cartoony
they got rid of ragdoll because to many people sooked about it.
I’ve been saying if you mix EA’s striking/graphics with UFC Undisputed 3’s grappling you’ll have the perfect mma game

@@supersnizeryou can say the clinch was more fun in undisputed but unrealistic in open. UFC 4 and 5 clinch in open is really how it is in the ufc.

They removed the checking over of the fighter before getting into the octagon? Why don’t buffer mention the fighters weight where he’s from etc not just straight to saying their name?

EA did not bother to create animations for when the fighter removes the shirt. Thus, they skipped all of it. Typical EA.

The commentary is cut a lot in tale of the tape, no coming up next fighter intro card, bruce Buffer says less, cuts are too fast sometimes after a fighter introduction, there can be a short pause for more realism, more new referees, we still dont have any new ones, commentary sound is way worse than before, less quality, very compressed and bad audio quality. Those are my only concerns

Fight Night Champion looks more fluid than this so disappointing! No fighter specific animations at all and gameplay looks more or less the same maybe a little faster but not much else.

Looks same as ufc 4. Animations and physique is the same, it feels the same but with better graphics and people are freaking out as it was something exclusive.

This game is so disappointing more like UFC 4.5 its ugly slight improvements i was expecting so much more they should have taken more with this game before releasing it

One thing that really takes the realism out of the cutscenes when you win the the fighter screams on top of the cage - absolutely no sound coming from the fighter. Small things like that makes realism. But i guess EA cant be bothered to get a sample from the fighters that do that kind of thing after a victory.

He won’t. They haven’t added unique moves since Geoff harrower left. Ufc 3 had so much future potential. 4 was a big letdown and 5 is looking like an even bigger let down

Why doesn't Bruce buffer Announce win/loss records in the intro in UFC 5
They would have to update Buffers audio every time anyone fights.
