Fluoride free toothpaste almost destroyed my teeth. I used it for a few years believing all the hype and one of my back teeth started chipping and gum disease became worse and I would spit blood etc. I switched back to sensidone and added an anti bacterial mouth wash and my teeth have felt stronger, and when I spit it is clear. I wish I hadn't listened to the hype.

Good video but I am not sure if should listen to your valuable message or the annoying background music. Please either reduce the volume of the background music drastically or completely take it out. I could not watch the video for more than a couple of minutes because of the music.
Totally agree I have no clue why these professional advocates ( doctors ) feel it is sooooooo necessary to add annoying loud music in the background of there informative videos . It does very little to add to the video itself in fact in most cases it negatively persuades many yo switch it off as the music is more powering then the narrator themselves. It’s a bad move for those looking for additional views

I see someone else also has commented on your video presentation regarding the loud annoying background music. Kudos to them. It does absolutely NOTHING to add to the work you put into making the video and in fact is more annoying then pleasing It’s a shame soooooo many of you UA-cam presenters feel it so necessary . I’d it’s views your after stay with the info. Speak clearly as you did but please turn down the tunes. Leave it for the music video channel and keep your presentations clean Sad but I too turned it off half way thru. Your best bet ….. delete the concert video and redo it
When's the best time to use a flouride mouth wash? Before or after brushing teeth? And how long should I wait between doing both? Can I do it immediately after or do I have to wait?
it is best to give the flouride in your toothpaste time to really stick it the surfaces of your teeth. If you use mouthwash right away it rinses off some of it. After mouthwash wait another 30mins before drinking water.

Umm after you brush and floss, use it after for a minute. It thought it was obvious to use
I use at about 30mins after I brush my teeth at night. After that no food or drinking.
