  • Boticário LAB is a new store model from the Brazilian group that will join the more than 60 stores in Portugal, but with the ambition of showing the brand's ESG practices in this first space. It's a “sort of” laboratory for Boticário's vision for the future of retail, and Daniel Knopfholz, the group's Vice-President for People and Technology, was on hand for the opening. In this episode of the Beyond Imagens de Marca series, we talk about sustainability and how technology and people are a fundamental pillar on this path, with digital acceleration and innovation increasingly helping the group to differentiate itself in the management of its operation, but also in the development of solutions that positively impact the relationship with customers.
