Probably because the likes of Sochaux, Dijon, Nancy, Le Mans have all been in Ligue 1 and the others either haven't or haven't been there in a very long time.
Stade Gaston Gerard (Dijon) is the best! edit: spoke too soon Stade Marcel Picot is pretty good too. Tied for premier with Dijon. 2nd edit: really spoke too soon Stade Jean-Bouin (Versailles) is the best!
Jesus f---ing Christ! I'm absolutely shocked to see so many teams I've always considered to be good Ligue 1/2 yo-yo clubs down in the Championnat National! Clubs like Dijon, Nancy, Nimes, Sochaux... Even clubs like Le Mans and Niort I've always considered to be strong Ligue 2 teams... Shows how little attention I've been paying to the leagues where my beloved Nantes will probably end up in the next couple of seasons...
I’m here for Red Star Paris. The original Parisian club. Unless they’ve been relegated to oblivion (Oh I never knew they made it to tier 2. I think I’ll sink some Euros into them. Champions League winners 2030. You heard it here first )
@@PHDiaz-vv7yo They were promoted last year from the 5th division to the 4th division last year. They used to play in Ligue 1, they won Ligue 1 and the Coupe de France a few times plus their home ground is where the 1938 World Cup Final was played.

That Orleans/New Orleans bit was trippy. It was like the narrator was doing voodoo on me.
Baueur is a hot atmoshpere stadium I hope Red Star will go to Ligue 2 this season
Love the lower division stadiums!!

Are we just glossing over that mad triangular building? 😂
Crazy contrast between LeMans, Dijon, Nancy, Sochaux, Paris (Versailles) and the rest. Some world class grounds and some Sunday League stadiums 😅

1a RFEF (Spain) have a lot of good stadiums.
2023 RWC stadiums video?
I second that
Love the background music
I gotta say your french is top notch.
Or as the french would say: bon wunderbar.
Thanks. Or as they would say in France, danke.
Stade Bauer is my favourite naturally.

Allez Nancy !
I wouldn't want to be anywhere near the Le Mans ground after a game - the roads there are very literally a race track...
Pls do Süper Lig
Is sochaux allowed to play in championship national
I heard they shut shop
They are, they played their first game last week.
They are allowed to play in the championnat national, they were relegated from Ligue 2 by the DNCG due to financial problems.
Quirino Province Inter-Barangay Basketball League arenas please

They are not the original Parisian club as there are older Paris clubs like Racing Club de Paris but Red Star do have a great history.
@@historyoffootball87 thanks I’ll do a deep dive then- see who’s still playing
(Racing Club de Paris? As in still existence?)
