3 Top Tips to avoid punctures!! Motocross-Enduro

Hi sorry about the video quality it was shot on my canon digi cam. Heres 3 tips for avoiding punctures. This has worked for me time and time again. Hope this helps some people out :-)
1... Buy mousse!!
2... Wrap old tube around new tube!!
3... fit a 2nd rim lock
