Hola Amici! Desde Argentina miramos junto a mi esposa los bellos paisajes que nos muestras. Gracias por tus videos. Tenemos deseos de pasear por italia.
Yes I’m italian, there are residential villas/houses near the place, my family has one so we go there every August to spend our holidays Honestly the best houses are outside the port rather than in the small town port area itself because there is more calm and not many noises from cars or boats or people shouting in general
@@gothic3theageofwar565 we are a family of four looking for places to stay in Sardegna. Would recommend this place as a base? It seems very exclusive and expensive. What would you recommend? No expensive hotels please.
I remember the late 70's and early 80's when my parents always took me to the Costa Smeralda. Porto Cervo was of course already posh but there were still some normal shops. Like one where you could buy comics, harpoons, fishing nets and some toy soldiers. Today it looks like Disney Land for Arabs and Russians with only luxury brand shops...
Can somebody recomand some nice place to stay in Sardinia please?Place that is not so fancy like Porto Cervo, but still nice with some nice beaches and easy accesibility to everywhere...tnx
Hello. How is the public transportation in Sardinia? I don't like to rent cars when traveling. I was recently in Sicily and public transportation was phenomenal. Thanks in advance for any reply
Transportation is better than in Sicily (among the worst in Italy), but you'd still need a car. The island is lowly inhabited, don't expect big cities with train stations everywhere.

So true mate. I did a bike trip around the north of the isle and Porto Cervo was the least interesting place. Tacky, pretentious and boring. The rest of the island was very interesting though...

Sardinia it is not Italy. Sardinia is part of the Italian state but it is a nation, with a defined people. It is an island that in the context of Italy is wrong to place it in the center or in the south. Sardinians are an ancient people for the ancients. They made the history of Europe, of Egypt, of the world. Today you write that she is Italian, but in 1500 you would have said that she was Spanish. It is just an island, a stateless nation that has changed domination, and only for this reason we call it Italian.
Although throughout history many peoples have tried to conquer Sardinia, in reality they have never managed to enter the hinterland because they were and still are inaccessible places for foreigners. The Sardinians have therefore always maintained their origins for millennia, in fact the Sardinian language is the current language that is closest to ancient Latin, tbh. Ah i'm italian with Sardinian origin
In Sardinia there are either Destinations for the super rich or for lovers of landscapes and families. Sardinia should start a policy based on youth nightlife, then building huge discos, night clubs, even places like Ibiza could not resist a giant like Sardinia if organized in this sense, a potential very badly exploited by bad management, as indeed southern Italy...
no that is exactly right, hotels over hotels like in ibiza or mallorca the inhabitants dont want it and thats just fine, sardinia doesnt want mass tourism.

*Sardinia is the 40th largest island in the world and inhabited by the most ancient ethnicity and culture in Europe, a place with millennia of history.
