Two years ago we decided to give up our jobs in the city and add another boat to our fleet in hope of turning it into a travelling cafe and becoming full time boating baristas.

My husband and I travelled through New Zealand for nearly 3 weeks with our then 3 and 6 year old children. We joked that we went to New Zealand to do a tour of playgrounds and toilets. That 6 year old is now 18 and about to embark on travelling himself. Some seasons of parenting can be quite difficult, it is good to stop and have moments which help build family bonding and positive memories. I have no regrets taking them to New Zealand when they were young it was such a good family experience.
Oooh my favourite bit of the vlog William with bolognese all over his face took he straight back nearly 40years when my two were little. Thank you so lovely 💕

That's actually kind of fun to say, "Portuguese puddles". 😄 Hmm, my brain just cross-referenced William's image at 3:48 with our upcoming creative writers group meeting Saturday and went, "If the novel were titled 'Barefoot in Portugal' what would the story be?"

All the Portuguese speak very good English in the Algarve, look for Jafers Algarve all uk food you can buy, you will not forget your vist to the Algarve I am sure . Clive

it is a 3 hour bus trip from where I live to Tasmania's capital city,longer if on the milk run
Look up the Las Fallas in Valencia you could have gone there :)

What a great trip, made all the better for sharing it with family. Totally trivial nit: Hola is Spanish. Olá is Portuguese. They're pronounced the same so it really makes no nevermind.
They're not pronounced the same. The tonic vowel of "Hola" is the "o", whereas in "olá" is the final "a" marked with an acute accent.
If possible do try to get to Tavira. Its an old town with an excellent traditional market a Roman bridge and Salt pans and much more. Its relatively small so easy to get around and see everything.
I love seeing new places but I detest getting there. Loving your videos.

Really enjoying following along with these. Makes me wonder if I could convince my family (we’ve got four kids who can all carry their own stuff) to try the “new city every day” thing for a holiday.
Did the journey from Faro to Seville whilst travelling Portugal/Spain, using our Interrail Global Pass but the complexity of train from Faro to the river ferry, then taxi from the other side to the rail station and train to Saville was to complex so opted for the bus!!!
Does the bus still stop in the square at Vila Real de Santo Antonio over looking the ferry quay that links Portugal to Spain
