@@N-cx2gpso there is a ton of mentally ill people… and the county never assists them. They just put the mentally ill people in timeout. The hospital will not medicate or hold them and they will act out. Seen it first hand.
The "woman" with the knife was SIX FEET FIVE INCHES weighing THREE HUNDRED THIRTY POUNDS!!! 😒😒😒 Why didnt this "reporter" state it as the local PRINT media shared more details. Looking forward to see the FULL bodycam clip. Prayers for the officers recovery AND we need better solutions from family/community providers for folks with long term mental issues.😢 This "woman" erratic behavior had repeatedly been a local concern.
Maybe this county should start giving their residents mental health care cause a lot of what I have seen is welfare checks for people you have seen how many times and you only correct the issue when that person is literally out of their mind… maybe you should provide care before they lose their mind huh Fairfax county? Literally endangered ur officer because u don’t provide mental health care with HOW MANY VISITS to this mentally ill lady before she smacked this poor officer… horrible county do better

This could've been avoided 2 police 2 trained counselors were needed. If knowledge of her mental health issue was known why not.
