Elizabeth, this video was excellent! Thank you so much! I went to see my Pulmonologist and he noticed a difference! Because of what you have taught me. Thank you again
Elizabeth, I can't even verbalize how much your videos have helped me. You explain and demonstrate things so well. Thank you so much, and keep them coming ❤ edit: I am stage 3 COPD
Hey there! That makes me SO SO HAPPY to hear that you’ve found them helpful! That’s exactly why I put them out. I truly appreciate the feedback and let me know if you ever have any questions!❤
I am not good at diaphragmatic breathing because i am so far gone. I tried but my belly doesnt rise enough to make my fingers go apart! Anyway, you are the first person i have found that I like a lot! I will keep looking at your videos to see where to start.
Hey there! Definitely breathe at your own pace. Also, if your diaphragm is weak (which it probably is) it will take awhile to build up that muscle so it may be barely noticeable, but that’s ok! Keep doing it, everyday, and I promise it will get easier and you will notice more movement as time goes on. 🫁💗🫁💗

Sometimes people in icu can't cough Can you explain me why
It’s hard to say for sure, but weakness would be my guess.
@@BreatheBetterwithElizabeth you mean weakness of resperatory muscles
What if i can only breath in half of what i am watching you do?
Do what is comfortable for you. Just be mindful of your breath and exhale twice as long as you inhale.
