I am not good at diaphragmatic breathing because i am so far gone. I tried but my belly doesnt rise enough to make my fingers go apart!
Anyway, you are the first person i have found that I like a lot! I will keep looking at your videos to see where to start.

Hey there! Definitely breathe at your own pace. Also, if your diaphragm is weak (which it probably is) it will take awhile to build up that muscle so it may be barely noticeable, but that’s ok! Keep doing it, everyday, and I promise it will get easier and you will notice more movement as time goes on. 🫁💗🫁💗

It’s hard to say for sure, but weakness would be my guess.

What if i can only breath in half of what i am watching you do?

Do what is comfortable for you. Just be mindful of your breath and exhale twice as long as you inhale.
