I fail to understand why people have to be so toxic! If the apartment or the interior or the price is not as per your taste then that is totally fine , one can always move on. Each has their own taste. What is grand for one can be too loud for some and what is simple for one can be the right kind of home for few. Why do people have to leave discouraging or hurtful comments? From what I have noticed none of them know where this flat is located but still people are going mad about the price. If it is located in Gachibowli, as the title suggests, then the price is fair enough. One should mind the location before making comments.

I don't understand people who comment unnecessarily. 2675 sft near hi-tech city.. yes it will cost between 1.5 to 2cr.. if you want to stay in city outskirts flat then also you should pay atleast 1cr for 2675sft (2675*4000 basic price in hyd). If you want a villa or individual house near hi-tech city with proper facilities it will cost around 3-4cr, in outskirts it will be around 1.5-2cr based on size of plot or house. Please show me a plot in Hyderabad which has 30k per yard. Even outskirt plot prices are above 35k+. Construction cost is also increased rapidly. Need atleast 50-60Lakhs to build a decent house with cupboards. Flat or individual house or location.... it depends on person taste and their lifestyle. If you don't mind travelling to hi-tech city everyday.. yes best choose in outskirt so that u can get more space. If you can't travel.. no other option you have to spend atleast 1.5-2cr for bigger sfts.
My advise is, now many got work from option, do not buy these high price flats where even you can not enjoy sun rise and sun set, go outskirts and buy a decent house with this money, I bought a flat with a high price due to work location reason, now this reason is useless as I am working from home for my rest of life.
City outskirts like Vanasthalipuram , Hayathnagar we can get a plot for 70-80 lakh and construction cost with rented accomodation vesina 2 cr daatadhu
@@sandeshreddy5347 yes.. if people are ready to travel atleast 3hrs everyday then that is the best option. Offcourse because of corona situation we got WFH.. But after 2yrs if everything is normal.. we will have to go to office again. I am also from vanasthalipuram, used to travel 4hrs on a rainy day. I am not a great fan of individual house, especially duplex. It is a big punishment to working woman. Offcourse it all depends on individual taste and their lifestyle.
