That’s the disease called bilateral cleft lip with full palate , A cleft is usually treated with surgery. Other treatments, such as speech therapy and dental care, may also be needed.

In Australia, my sons surgery and repair for his cleft was almost taken out of my hands...right, from his birth, he was receiving the very best treatment, and surgery was completed by six months of age, mostly covered through our healthcare system...I pray this little girl gets only the best, l pray the lives of this family are happy and full of love...l pray that they get all the help they need, and l pray for Ted, because not only is he helping many...he reminds us of how fortunate we are, and how sometimes it takes more effort than money to change the lives of those in need.
