Shariq has his own style and musicality along with crazy speed and chops just like garstka and tony Taylor.
Yes, there is a port hole on the side of his bass drum. It's not his set, it belonged to Bubby Love (Founder of Love Custom Drums) who made it and raffled it off. The set sound really good though including the kick.
