usually with the first couple of periods, you wont get cramps or cravings, or like emotional and stuff like that! but after some time the cramps are there, and depending on how lucky you get, they won’t bother you, unfortunately you could also get pretty bad cramps. but yea, your emotions will be all over place, that or you won’t have much emotion, and trust me, the cravings are just terrible when you aren’t able to get what youre craving 😭
