There should not be cameras around the Space where the babies go to the toilet... I Wonder What psychological impact will the camera and people hidden in the room will have on the developpment of these children. So weird.

From a psychological point of view, it will have pretty much no affect on them. At that age, they're still potty training so they expect praise when they use the bathroom and are almost always around an adult when they go to the bathroom. Especially when they aren't at home or are in public spaces. So having the camera people there does absolutely nothing. If he had trouble he would have asked one of them for help. If it would have been "embarrassing" for them, the boy wouldn't have gone to the bathroom near his friend. They will develop just fine.
