      I am also a buyer. I purchased in 2019. I taken procession in A wing. I expect it to go up to more than 1c in a years time.

      Gym has top class equipments and currently feels sufficient for 3 wings that have opened but once the other two will be given the OC, we fear it might be insufficient. The same is the case with the amphitheatre; if there is a society gathering, it will be difficult to accommodate people from all flats at once. Otherwise rooms are spacious and the quality of construction is top class.

      Yes some projects hv this issue. I purchased in prajapati all clear. Got procession last June. Expect the price to go up more than 1c.
