This is gonna go completely selfishly, but could a sequel or other video be made where the listener has this happen to them?
ah, great minds do think alike. I see a way to put that in the story, the main problem is technical: idk how to have the listener switch genders without specifying from which to which (to make it 4A).
Even more, IF there's a scene of "they could choose to turn back or not" that'd be a big decision I'd have to make for the listener... so I'd have to literally disambiguate it into all of 4M, 4F, 4TF and 4TM. Even if I had that kind of money, that might get a bit repetitive to voice. ...I could do like AWCoffeeMug and just switch out specific lines I guess. Or I could just pick 4TF because of course I would.

that's interesting! I'd argue that in a determinist sense it wasn't anyone's responsibility anyway, I mean they didn't choose to be one or the other... but it's an interesting concept, tracing down the butterfly effect's subtle changes, especially ones that deeply affect the person. That could also be explored in a non-gender-bender context (tho we could still keep that part around for flavor). Definitely looking into it
