The stuff you were doing on the upper neck sounded awesome! I love how you used the low string to provide a sort of rhythmic break in-between the melodic sections; so cool! Great playing as always
Thank you, Mr. Spoon!! I realize that since I have decided to try and play this thing the "wrong" way, I get the chance to develop a technique from the ground up. Since the fingerpicks I'm using on my fretting hand don't have as much mass as the steel bar that'd usually get used on this thing, I am trying to see the lack of sustain as a feature. Maybe dead notes will be a useful rhythmic component! Thank you as always for your kind words, for listening, and sending you many positive vibes!!
I feel like I have been heading in that direction for a bit as I get into sharper bass tones and weirder rhythms... Glad you dig it , my friend!!! Thank you for listening and sending you many positive vibes!!!
You gotta be stoned to play the same thing for like 30 minutes with little or no variations. No offense because I respect this in concept and you have talent, it just gets boring quick, maybe I should drop acid.
I agree, my friend!! Sometimes the ideas are slow in coming together! Thank you for listening and giving the music a chance! Sending you many positive vibes!!!
@@cyruspireh so this is sort of a live experimentation session? Because if you are just jamming and creating on the fly, filming it and releasing it uncut I get it.
