+Michael Bisevac sadly it won't. The new arc where they revealed how Shoyo died proves it. In the planed movie the green Amanto did disable Takasugi's eye and in the anime was told that at the moment of Shoyo's execution, Oboro scared the eye of Takasugi. That was a perma-seal on the movie ;D

That is from the episode where they say Gintama is about to end because the have not enough budget so they put the "final" of the anime. I dont know the exact episode, but I would thinik it is the 50, 75,100 150 or something like that
