But from his perspective the books contained all the knowledge for new technologies and the bomb was a dangerous weapon which leads to inevitable war, so he choose to burn them so they could live in peace once again imo

@@Samuel-hu8uk yup, cause he himself never read or will be ever and he knew how much danger the bombs were and thought every book contains the same knowledge of destruction which is just sad. he could have investigated with the help of his childrens and know what those books contains and als the istory of humankind that is being lost cause of sight and also re learn why this genetic mutaion happened and why some dont get mutated like everyone else.
