Another fun (also kind of confusing) way of thinking about the Grab the Prize/Sneaker Snacker synergy is that it effectively lets Snacker has haste. It even enters tapped so it looks as if it attacked. So like: 1R Flying, haste When this enters, draw a card. 2/1 And yeah yeah, it's also unblockable and it has to attack on its first turn in play, but let's not get too too technical here PS. love Sneaky Snacker, easily one of the more interesting cards among the many MH3 powerhouses
Some relics in the side would be good I think. Gives you some graveyard hate and helps with hitting metal craft. But the maindeck looked awesome and really fun. Nothing feels better than faithless looting 2 madness cards haha! And Grab the Prize looked amazing too. The 2 damage is basically a free burn spell.
@@xxANBUxx not sure, seems worse to me than more discard 1, draw 2 effects but could be good - especially against counters and giving you more board presence
Not sure I would run so much removal in side - Cast Down seems kinda unnecessary considering the Extract Confessions (which do pretty much the same job of killing big stuff). Having zero grave hate (two Nihil Spellbombs for example) makes some matchups almost unwinnable. Such as cycle-storm or jund reanimator dredge (where Gnaw to the Bone just completely destroys you).
@@PajaKulebrc true, only thing is cast down is specifically good against broodscale which is a strong and popular deck right now. But graveyard hate seems good too
@@SnapBolt Any three damage burn spell kills Broodscale too (plus you have Trespassers Curses as hard lock). Direct removal like Cast Down in this specific deck is probably just useful for stuff with more than 3 toughness (Terrors, Chrysalis, other big ponza monsters).

I think this deck is reaching a point where it makes less sense to play a full 4 faithless looting. You don't want it turn 1-2 and these extra good new draw spells grab the prize and demand answers are so good turn 2 and up.
@@NickAlsup potentially, but discard snacker to looting is good as well. Gives you lots of inevitability vs blue decks because it’s bad for them to let looting resolve

I'm putting grab the prize in the deck right now. What's your take on including the unlucky land (Razortrap Gorge) as well?
This is the one deck where i could see it 👍🏻👍🏻
Its extremely mana hungry and drops opponents life points down quickly
@@carlosretamero9781 I might try 1-2 gorge next time. Seems reasonable but I definitely want 4 ping lands and as many artifact lands as possible

Did you see the reddit post where paper kitty was saying he wasn’t convinced about snacker being good in madness? He had some solid arguments
Imo, some number of blood fountains might be better, especially with how good kitchen imp is with it.
With grab the prize doing 2 damage and instant reviving the faerie unlike faithless looting Im a huge fan of the fae

Even more with snacker imo
since u end up with the same number of cards in your hand, it would only draw 1 card in ur analogy.
