    I was in the RAF and visiting Melbourne for the international air show. I was walking down Collins St in 2001 and a bloke on a TL rode past and blipped the throttle (I heard the bike well before I saw it). I had a 750 SRAD at the time and I said to myself, I’ll get a TL one day.
    Roll on to this clip several years later and It was this actual bike that did it for me. I found and bagged a 2003 plate in the UK, It sets off car alarms, scares kids, scares old people and I bloody love it !

    That is one of the coolest, most badass bikes I've seen on UA-cam to date! Being from the U.S. I didn't even know this model existed. The way you've built it, I like it way better than the gsxr's.

    modding a bike is ok, when it ends up looking better then the original, i would buy this today if i seen it in a showroom for £12k everything about this bike is right! very very tastefully done

    Absolutely beautiful bike you have created, although I am fond of the tlr tail section ill give credit on craftsmanship and fabrication skills for the tail swap. Never been a fan of stickers but with everything else going on with the bike the sponsorship decals truly go along with the factory race bike design you have going on with the bike. Your bike is a piece of art my friend. Well done

      Thanks my friend. the bike has been like this for a while now, there are some small changes coming up though . the removal of the lower stickers is one of them , once done i will post a new video . it may be a 12 month wait though :)

    LUV IT!
    sold the TLS and now want another one.
    TL's with the right exhaust, sound EVIL
    M4's with large cans give a DEEP thump sound

    That is a wicked looking bike mate! Very tastefully done, only parts I don't like are the mirrors and shopping list sponsor stickers on the belly pan. By the looks of it you're from VIC too - see ya on the road!

    thanks everyone for the comments, the rear end is gsxr 1000 01 model , as for the swap for the gixxer offer, no thanks, i have spent $30 G all up to get this bike where it is. video doesnt really show it off to well, the sound is amazing when u r next to it, its brutal!, goes quiet well with the fresh 1040cc engine too :-)

      Hey I was wondering if I can get a complete break down of your tl1000r I have 99 to and would love to do this same look

  • @ΔΙΟΝΥΣΙΟΣΠΛΕΣΣΑΣ-ε7μ

    Great job, beautiful bike, but the tl-r rear is much more beautiful from the particular gsx-r (01-02), and the original is one of the basic characteristics of the tl-r shape... Anyway I love this bike... (had two completely modified)... wishing you millions of fast, v-twin noised miles...

  • @rm25088
    @rm25088 4 роки тому

    That bike is beautiful. It sounds so amazing too. I just picked up a 2003 yellow and black with 9,000 original miles off the original owner. I paid 4k. It's in show room condition.

    In the States this bike doesn't get much love, nor does the SV1000 or RC51. Everyone here is obsessed with 1000cc inline fours though half the owners can't ride. Your TL is the sexiest one I've ever seen! Are your Yoshi cans chopped down? They sound RIDICULOUS!!!

  • @WaynesTlr
    @WaynesTlr  12 років тому

    this bike has a full yosh rs3 system with custom made end cans, they slip straight on to the yoshi mids. i had them made the same size as the race fit growler gp pipes. 10 inches long , 2.5 inch id and and only 3.5 inch od , i then riveted yoshi badges on them. if you want aggressive then this is as good as it gets. i am actually now thinking of selling these cans as im doing a few new mods to the bike. if your interested in them my email address is zedxten@gmail.com . cheers ( $500 )
