See everyone is saying that eating only healthy stuff is good, but not exactly, just like how Mikey had the ONE cake, instead of only eating salad, it’s fine if he every once in a while eats some cake, just not ALWAYS having cake. Like I eat sometimes like salad, but still eat like McDonald’s

I don’t think an all vegetable diet is good for you since you need a combination of all 7 nutrient groups
All burgers would actually be healthier since it covers multiple food groups.
@@sambuma yeah but that isn’t balanced since a lot of the meat is processed and oily and it wouldn’t be balanced since some stuff in a burger has more of a nutrient than others like there are too many fats
@@Poopslinger69 I didn't mean healthy, just more balanced since depending on toppings it has 2-5 food groups. Cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato would cover complex carbs, protein, dairy, fruit, and vegetable. High fat and potentially sodium content is a different matter which is where the unhealthy factor comes in, but as far as food group coverage it has more.
@@sambuma dairy isn’t actually a nutrient group in the 7 but I kinda dumb so idk what that fits under but this is a channel for kids so I don’t think it’s meant to be overthought so ig they would call dairy a nutrient
@@Poopslinger69 We're probably just thinking different guides to nutrition, or could be cultural differences. Dairy is mainly for calcium and some of the fats it contains.
Honestly, it's because it's a kids video I got a bit irked by it since kids are impressionable and I could already foresee mine saying they only want to eat vegetables because some video told them to. Vegetables are very important but don't constitute a balanced diet on their own, which was your first point.
