- 싱가폴에서 기타 제작 의뢰을 받았습니다.
이번에도 레스폴이네요. 그런데 이 레스폴 조금 독특합니다. 레스폴 바디에 깁슨 익스프롤러 헤드가 달려있습니다.
의뢰인의 취향이 매우 특이합니다. 플로이드 로즈 브릿지 등등 일반적인 레스폴과 다른 부분이 꽤 많습니다.
그럼 본격적으로 만들어 볼까요.
I got an order to make a guitar from Singapore.
It's a Les Paul again this time. But this Les Paul is a little unique. A Gibson Explorer head is attached to a Les Paul neck.
The client's tastes are very unique. There are quite a few things that are different from a typical Les Paul, such as the Floyd Rose bridge.
Now, let’s start making it.

인천 부평구에서 기타 제작/수리를 하고 있습니다.
이러다 레스폴 전문빌더로 전직하시는거 아닌가 모르겠네요 ㅎㅎ 이번 시리즈도 기대됩니다.
오우, 쉬지 않고 바로 다음 기타 제작에 들어가셨군요. 첫 영상부터 구성, 진행이 아주 깔끔하고 보기 좋습니다~탑으로 쓰인 퀼티드 메이플 대패질 할 때마다 돈이 후두두두둑 떨어지는 느낌이네요ㅎㅎ
저도 대패질 하며 대팻밥 어떻게든 팔아 볼 수 없을까 고민했습니다. ㅋㅋ
모두 레스폴 마수걸이에 제대로 걸린듯! 이건 진정 알면서도 빠져 나올수 없는 가스 라이팅...

워워워워 이거 이거...................하악..................LTD EC 1001 FR 영입 해볼까 생각해봤는데..........진심 결과물이 궁금해지네요.
also I wanted to ask? why did you not shape the mating surfaces of the top and bottom to be perfectly flat for glue up? you hand planed them but when you put the top on the bottom I saw large gaps? when glued on the little tabs..
running them thru a shaper or planer would have created perfectly flat mating surfaces or did you do that when were wern't looking? I have seen guys flatten both sides with a hand plane and straight edge maybe you did that?
hmm... welp we shall see after you take the the clamps off if the top dropped or if there is a gap, its a drop top ... lol
One piece hard maple usually bends well.
Even if I planed it flat, it often bends after a day.
So, I attached the slightly curved hard maple top and the mahogany body and pressed them firmly with a clamp so that all the adhesive surfaces were perfectly glued the next day.
물방을 기타는 계속 미뤄지는건가요? 무늬목은 이번에도 고객이 직접 보내준건지 궁금하네요 ㅎㅎ
물방울 기타 조금씩 만들고 있습니다. 다만 다른 기타 제작과 기타 제작 교육 등등에 밀려서 조금 늦어지고 있네요. 영상은 미리 찍어두었으니 시간 날 때 편집만 하면 됩니다.
그리고 이번 기타의 경우 나무는 전부 국내에서 제가 구했습니다.
와 이런거 하나 만드려면 얼마나 들까
6장에서 7장 정도 듭니다.
