    Hey Jordan. I was wondering how often you washed your hair, and how much product build-up you get in between each wash. Thanks for all the awesome vids

    Hey jordan, I have a question for you. I can not choose between the products of the Hanz Fuko. Because I like to change my hairstyle. One day I like to comb my hair, good and stylish, and the other day I want my hair more messy. My hair length ranging from short to medium length. So what product would be best in your opinion? At the moment I use American Crew Fiber, but I do not really get the desired result, there is always a missing texture at the finish. Maybe the product is not suitable for my hair? My hair is between curly and stiff, more to the stiff side.

    Hey brootha. I have sponge wax and quick sand i have 8 inchs on top 1 inch on side. I dont like a slicked look but kinda of like a mariano d'v or matt bomber but long(8 inchs) any options?

    What product do you use everyday or most of all? I want my hair like a casual slick back look but not crusty but with a strong hold? Wet look

    Hey Jordan, I'm gona get either the sponge wax or quicksand. My sides are faded a little shorter than a 1, the top is about 2.5/3ish inches, and I have very thin hair. Which product should I get, as I definitely want the most matte finish as possible. From all the reviews I've seen, it seems that quicksand is the way to go for thin hair, but other than that, I've seen to go for the sponge wax. Was just wondering what your opinion on it would be and which one I should go for. And is the texture of the quicksand overbearably gritty and coarse or pretty manageable, and which one provides the best hold throughout the whole day and can be moved around a lot?

    • @thejobrien
      @thejobrien  10 років тому +2

      I'd go for quicksand. It isnt too overbearingly gritty and course, but it does literally feel like there is sand in your hair. Its kind of like sand paper, but it gives you a good hold since the hairs kind of lock together with the "sand" feel. It moves easier too, in my opinion since its all fluid in your hair. Its like one sweeping motion. Try out some quicksand :)

    Jordan, i really want to buy the modify pomade and i really wanna know an honest opinion cos we all know ur a Hanz De Fuko representative so u get paid to say if its good or not but these products are expensive so if i buy it, is it actually any good, thanks a lot, love ur videos

      10101samtheman I have the modify pomade, it smells like peach it gives some shine but not insanly much and its not greasy it feels nice and natural best feeling I have felt while wearing a hair product(I have kinda dry hair) But I have never tried any other pomade just waxes and creams. the hold isnt that strong so you cant really get something thats too high but thats just my experience

    Hey Jordan. I have the Sponge Wax and I have almost the exact same hair as yourself but the sponge wax isn't giving me the pumped up pompadore hairstyle I want and it also isn't giving me as good of hold as it's giving you. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong here.

    Hey man, what water soluble product would you recommend using for a high hold and light-medium shine? i currently have a side parted hair with a quiff at the front and i currently use American Crew Fiber but it gets weak throughout the day, so i need something that will hold very strong and easy to apply and give me some volume. I was thinking of getting either Imperial Classic Pomade or Imperial Gel Pomade but I found out about Hanz De De Fuko and now i dont know what to decide on

    dude, which HDF product would you recommend for medium length and "hard to style" hair. I've tried suavecito, layrite, but these products just couldn't really hold. My pomp just tends "fall" after like half an hour or so..

    • @thejobrien
      @thejobrien  10 років тому

      Do you want it to be a crisp pomp or do you want it to look kind of messy but still look like a pomp? You can always try claymation for really good hold, it just isnt like a pomade to give you a nice slicked look.

    • @LucidusHakiim
      @LucidusHakiim 10 років тому

      kinda want it to be neat and defined, but would wanna try for a messy pomp. just not sure how to do that.. you got any videos on that? does the modify pomade have a strong hold too?

    • @thejobrien
      @thejobrien  10 років тому

      pomade has a good strong hold, and yes I have some videos on a messy pomp, look at my david beckham video. Thats basically a pomp but without the fine look you get using a comb. What you do is just run your fingers through it and sculpt it with your hand :o I'd go with pomade and claymation/sponge wax

    I have really thick hair ( so thick that the hair on my sides stick out) and I kinda wanted to do a quiff with mine or at least a messy pomp, my hair currently all the way down to my nose. Oh and I live in a tropical country so it's easy for me to sweat a hair product off, any suggestions?

    • @thejobrien
      @thejobrien  10 років тому

      Hmmm claymation would work. Its the strongest. Only drawback is the humidity but it shouldnt matter too much

    There should be a disclaimer on the products stating they are NOT for fine hair...unless you enjoy being in the mirror for an hour trying to fix the mess in your hair! I was so disappointed with the sponge wax and quicksand. It was like putting cement mortar on paper. There was nothing nice looking about it. I was hoping that it would have that satiny, fresh look that Jordan has, but no, it looked dirty, flat and oily): On a positive note, the hybridized wax looked nice if used sparingly on the ends to polish the finished style.
