I tried this recipe and I can not believe how amazing it turned out. Biryani is the only thing I could not make right no matter what I did and I had given up on it. Then one day i was just youtubing biryani recipes and your's came up and it looks so easy and simple that i could not resist trying. I could not believe how good it turned out. It is easily the bests biryanii!! the chat masala and the citric acid really amps up the flavour. This is my go to recipe now and thanks to you now i can finally say i can make biryani and that too super jhat phat and extremely delicious restaurant jaisi, balkay ussay bhi behtar.
