Thanks for uploading this. The first 6 episodes were awkward. Way to much physical acting from Richards. Overall the acting wasn't very natural from the whole cast. For the most part the cases weren't very interesting. Episodes 7 and 8 were actually pretty good. I thought the cast was way smoother and the story lines were more interesting. I guess people had tuned out by this point. Couldn't overcome the early bad episodes. I think this show could have been a hit with a better start.
The show seemed to improve marginally with each episode, but not enough to matter. It was considered a disaster when it premiered but everyone was expecting it to be the next comedy blockbuster..... In retrospect it was not as terrible as I had remembered....just pretty average. At the time it was playing on NBC's Must See TV heyday when comedy juggernauts like Frasier and Friends were still on the air.
The problem was that it tried to be too similar to Seinfelds Kramer rather than being a unique comedic character. He's supposed to be a detective but acts and does almost nothing like a detective. Ironically, Kramer would later be cast as Monk but turned the role down.
@@BorrachoGuapo Thanks for posting the other seven. It was a good show. Seinfeld had a terrible first couple seasons with the audience and the critics. This show had a lot of potential. Quite a few hilarious moments.
why the hell would they call it the michael richards show but then have him be just someone else the whole time. hey remember kramer, well what if kramer was merely michael richards as a private eye
It's Jeff from Curb Your Enthusiasm!!!
Awesome series! Thanks I'd love to see episode 5
Loved watching. Thank you.
Well thankfully he had his stand-up career to fall back on.
This show was hilarious. I don’t know why it ended so quickly.
Because it sucked.

Are you saying that because of others opinion? Cuz I bet you'd be saying otherwise if some UA-camr praised it
@@miltonbuu And you base that assumption on what? That show was terrible!
he is a troll leave it alone - i bet he is 20 anyways IT WAS A RIOT~~~
@Patriot247 WeThePeople yeah, or maybe it was the budget and costing that did the show in given the time and competition as you mentioned.
hey thanks... finally i can see all these again!

Not only that, reality TV was also just starting become popular, so it was tougher for a new show to make it on network TV.

Always found it weird this show was called The Michael Richards Show.
pre 9-11 goofiness
The show doesn't even end properly!
There is some sci-fi shit happening at the end of season finale!
0:53 Michael Richards suddenly turned into Dan Bilzarian. Loo
Thought that was don cheadle.
Why has Episode 5 been deleted? Please repost it!
UA-cam keeps deleting #5 as soon as I upload it.
@@BorrachoGuapo As far as I know it doesn't exist anywhere else. I've become weirdly obsessed with finding it
@@BorrachoGuapo give it a different title ? then give us a heads up

You can see Kramer doesn't like working with black people
