Most poor management hotel. I booked the hotel over phone by the Manager Mr. Prabir but he not to booked my room. When booked Mr Prabir(Manager) said your booking is confirmed. When I called to Hotel before 1 day check in that time another hotel manager said No Booking in my name. Not only that I personally mailed to Hotel mail id but mail failed due to “mail address not found”. I say not to book this room.
The hotel price is 4000 ,+ GST .for 1 night....and food was horrible...bad experience ☹

Horrible hotel,we saw the room and immediately checked out. Just shows the lady who is making the video has never been to a good hotel that she finds this hotel like a palace😂.there are much better hotels in Puri for the same price.
