Great and informative vlog Em, and like yourself, I was amazed how much manual work goes into the making of the hats and body protectors 😊

Thanks Emily. It really makes me feel guilty of riding when I was younger without a hat. Or with a hat and it not being fastened, at all. I would never of thought of having to replace my hat, should I have fallen off (if I was wearing it). Thanks for taking us with you xx

I’m sure you’re not alone. It’s so impressive how far the research and technology has come on over the years xx

Safety first safety always… so we can do it again another day. This was very interesting and educational to watch the process. Appreciated you taking us along on the tour. I laughed because many many moons ago, it was only the Junior riders (18 and under) that had to wear helmets in shows. Amateurs and professionals were optional. My first riding hat had the elastic chin strap only. Safety has come a long way! And lastly… the band The Who… how could you not know them! “Lonely feeling, deep inside, find a corner so I can hide… no sugar tonight for my coffee, no sugar tonight for my tea… 🎶 “ 😊

It’s so crazy to think what was acceptable & the ‘norm’ back then. Proves how virtual all the research and just how far safety has come on thanks to it. Haha have to say those lyrics have gone straight over my head 😂 x

I had an accident at the age of 12, racing my friends bareback and without a helmet...... Thankfully I wasn't permanently injured. Had 8 stitches in my head, concussion and a broken arm. Guess I leared my lesson then...... 😅😅 Worn out many helmets since then. Reacently I bought myself a BackOnTrack MIPS one! Love it! ❤❤ Beenig Norwegian I still know The Who though..... 😂😂 ..... and I ran out of gas twice!

    Don't they make airjackets?
KASK say that their safety system should be even better than the MIPS system.😊
