Stone is as good as it gets to stop vibrations in cabinet, definitely. Another item people don’t pay enough attention to is room acoustics & treatment! I had move and reset my system. The 4” thick ATS panels make a huge difference 😮 for bass detail & overall smoothness. I will also get some diffusion working. You can have grade A equipment but it’s a must to treat your room also or you don’t get the performance you have invested in. Blessings Mikey keep up the good work in telling your truth !

Used REW on laptop with a Umik-1 microphone and sounds way better than I thought it could. Dynamics and impact are amazing since the space is so much smaller than my basement theater system in our last house. Only planars now are in my headphone collection 😆 Enjoy the music ❤

Very interesting product offering OCD Mike. The weight of it makes it difficult to manage for a senior like myself. I would like to go back to planar/electrostatic speakers because I love that sound presentation, even with their short comings. I have heard a speaker from a French company, the Dyptyque DP 107. Quite remarkable speaker and design imho. I think their models above the DP 107 would interest me more. Have you heard of this brand? Safe travels OCD Mike.
