      "Known and unknown crimes" like bruh, that opens so many what-if scenarios (Epstein island, serial killer...).
      I believe the crimes can only be pardoned if they're known (otherwise it makes no sense) and they should also be published (but the demonrats can't since that would expose too much).
      Hopefully the real President can amend this rule so that only disclosed crimes can be covered.
