Pro Drummer Teaches You How To Master the "Waltz" on Your Next Gig

Waltzes can be simple, but it can also be challenging to feel 3/4 time signatures when you first start playing them. Usually drummers are so used to playing in 4/4 that it takes a minute to get comfortable in 3. Waltzes do come up on gigs, sessions and countless playing situations so I wanted to make sure to create this reference for anyone looking to learn more about Waltzes.

Dude, I've been playing along to a lot of your recordings lately. Nowhere near what you're doing, but having a lot of fun trying. Can't get enough of your drumming, man!
