I hope you see this comment! I would strongly advise not putting figures in the freezer; the plastic hardens and becomes brittle so it's possible you will break the tail.
What you want to do is heat it with a hairdryer or over some steam, form a kettle or similar. This makes the plastic soft enough to get the tail on comfortably. I used the kettle for my Nanmu Apatosaurus . I hope this helps! Enjoy your new Nanmu figures, I know I'm enjoying the six new ones I recently purchased! 😉😃

Try using Hairdryer on the connector of the tail. It just won't go in easily.Keep using Hairdryer on the connector for 30 sec if it works cool if it doesn't then keep heating it till it does.
