Since shooting civilians is a warcrime even if done by accident, there's usually many war crimes on those emergency evac missions. Also shooting the arms of a bot away and then killing it is a war crime too because the bot was unarmed and damaged.

Probably, I believe the blinding laser falls under the unnecessary suffering stipulation, blowing their head off probably wouldn’t fall under that stipulation though.
The laser probably isn't a war crime as it is not a blinding weapon, and thus does not cause undue suffering. It just obliterates its targets, which is perfectly allowed.

A 40mm grenade payload is considered a payload explosion or whatever it's loaded with so not considered a war crime. But cartridges like .308HE and .50BMG SLAP rounds are banned since they are considered explosive "bullets"

It doesn’t matter, exploding ammunition under a certain size is also a war crime so the eruptor (assuming it’s under 40mm) is still a war crime
