I do like the Viking discs base plastic, but i think they missed the mark when they made their starter set. Instead of the Ragnarok (aka 11 speed), they should have gone with the Cosmos (7/5/0/1) or a Barbarian (7/5/0/2). The Rune is essentially a Judge in a different run of plastic.

It's good to have a wind fighter in a starter set, although Barbarian works in headwind too if thrown with proper hyzer angle, but it's not necessarily an easy throw for a beginner. I like to bag a 14 speed driver myself just because of this purpose although my hand maxes out at bit below 12 speed.
