One of the best modular houses I have watched. I love it definitely interested. Is the pool heated? Is there a hot tub? A Gym? Great price, fantastic value and lot rent is reasonable. I want it. ❤️
I sleep with a fan on, under heavy blankets, even on the coldest of winter nights here in N Ohio. Have to have the air movement and white noise. Can't sleep without it.
This place totally checks ALL the boxes! I love the fact they tiled the walls completely in those bathrooms. Very classy looking. The yard; heaven! I won’t see another one like this for a while 😢. Sad & stuck in Ft Lauderdale 😢

Ceiling fan, And Floor fan and AC in the main bedroom, must get pretty stuffy in there?
I can speak from experience on this. I sleep with the AC on 68, a ceiling fan and another fan blowing on me. Personal preference I’d say.
