The Cyberverse alt mode is probably my second favorite next to his drone alt mode from TFP (aligned continuity). The toy itself is good for beginners that don’t want anything too complicated when it come to transformation. Figures with gimmicks are a hit or miss, but they’ve always have been.
I managed to get this guy and Prowl on sale at a Walmart, Soundwave seems okay in my book, I love the vehicle mode. Never thought I would rate such a simple figure a 6/10. But anyways, Great review as always.
I've been working on an Upgrade Kit for this guy. I saw so much potential in him. I already ripped out Laserbeak and can't wait to design his minions to fit inside, as well as more articulation.
@@xPLAYnOfficial ah mate. I know the feel. I was halfway thru designing a G1.5 style head for Legacy Skyquake and CW Optimus prime (who i intended to repaint into thunder clash!) But time got in the way... Good luck with your projects mate.
It's a fairly decent looking Soundwave figure, especially with that oddly fun Laserbeak gimmick. Though, part of me would prefer a Deluxe Class figure of this Cyberverse Soundwave, with a more screen accurate head (if that rumour ever comes true). But, you never know, I might consider this one eventually anyway. :)
Yeah he's kinda iffy. Guess that's normal for Warriors in this line though. Kinda hope that Deluxe Soundwave people were talking about a while back becomes a thing, cause this design seems to work for the most part.
@@blueink-2230 ua-cam.com/video/-GGt74NxsLc/v-deo.html Here it is. Sorry its in Spanish but he basically says to split the torso first. Removing the feet isn't enough.
Where's our bajillion repaints of this as some of the alternate Soundwaves we seen in season 3????? HASBRO YOU ARE STUPID TO NOT SEE THIS, you do it with Starscream anyway
Oh shoot, I guess I'm not allowed to have an opinion on it. Thank you for bringing this up. I had no idea that as a toy collector, these are toys, and general toys are made for kids, even though some collectors buy these things fully knowing it... this was full on sarcasm.
@@TFanPage101 I'm just saying, no need to be so serious about it (both the toy and my comment) I wasn't trying to be rude or anything So I don't see a reason for the sarcasm.
Honestly, I'm just used to something similar said by people who want me to simply stop talking about a toy, so I'm sorry if I came off harsh. I've just been getting a lot of really unnerving comments as of recent. Not to say this was one of them. As for being serious, I guess, but at the same time this is a review, so I'm bound to be critical if I feel the need to.
If you want a bigger and better version of this, find the Authentics Soundwave. Hes actually pretty fantastic
If there was a vojager size it would be amazing
true
We need a deluxe actualization of this guy based on this engineering

I do like the robot mode. Fun video as always.
Everybody Robot Dance Now! Sweet review. Keep up the awesome. :)

Hey, how did that design go?
@@sophieprime4669 Sadly life happened and I had to put projects like this on the back burner, but I do plan on coming back to it in the near future.

@@sophieprime4669 Thanks! I also have plans to make a chug Thunderblast out of Seige Sideswipe of all figures haha.
Lol I'm double jointed like Soundwave at 4:54
This looks awesome I wonder what will the deluxe look like 🤔🤔🤔
I'm going to buy this Soundwave from Target or Walmart or any store to pick it up

Fun fact: Soundwave’s head was the base for the Decepticon insignia
I love this toy
Humans have wide putin, cybertronians have wide soundwave
I hope we get the deluxe version of cyberverse soundwave.
Heavy Siege vibes
Correction: heavy masterpiece vibes.
Ill be honest I would get a cupel of these for an army build. also out of curiosity is could laser beak be removed if you cut the feet?
No. You have to split the torso to get it out. I saw someone take theirs out in case you're wondering how I know.
@@tonesdad0408 you wouldn't happen to have a picture or a video of that do you?
@@blueink-2230 its on UA-cam. I'll try to find it and throw up the link.
