food addiction is real, lmao. they definitely overplay everything for views (i'm assuming they have no shame and aren't afraid to embarrass themselves online at this point), but if you can't see that they're addictsd to food then you need to be educated on addiction in general.
They have definitely over use this but I will say everybody has a drug of some sort. Some people it's smoking, some people it's sex, some people it's gambling, some people it's food, some people it's drinking. Michael, do you want to lose a good amount of weight easily? Only drink water. If you wait until you are nearly dying of thirst, an ice cold bottle of water tastes freakin amazing. When I made that one change at the start of my weight loss, I lost 30lbs. Once you lose that amount of weight, you'll be motivated af to keep going and making other changes. The next change I made was to change the type of bread I was eating. I love bread and tortillas and things like that so I started buying low carb and no carb breads and tortillas and limiting the amount of each I was consuming. Instead of a sandwich with two slices of bread, I'd roll the sandwich stuff up into a low carb tortilla. I lost another 50lbs just from that and switching from sugar to stevia/sucralose sweeteners. Its easier to manage if you progress one step at a time. Cutting everything cold turkey is MUCH harder to cope with.
Now that I think about it....Michael has had 10 last meals lmaooooooo he’s always bullshitting 😂😂
