This story truly had potential until you got to freeze. Goku should have been mastered ultra instinct by that time, and Cell by that time Goku should have been on par with the angels at 100%. He was born with all his memory and you make it seem like Goku isn't trying to get strong enough to stop Zano from erasing universe 7.
This makes absolutely zero sense, clearly has flaws that would conflict with Goku having the ability to become an Omni King. Zeno, or the "Omni King", is the ruler of ALL multiverses, thus meaning that no matter how many times Goku is reborn Zeno would still be the Omni King. During the events of the Trunks Saga, the Omni King had to co rule with his future counter part, what this means is that it solidifies Zeno's existence of everything that ever was and always will be. Zeno is respected and feared by all Kai's, all entities due to his destructive ki. We all know that during the events of the Trunks Saga in multiverse 7 Future Goku dies from a heart virus, which conflicts with Goku being able to co rule with his future self and the consequences of not being able to co rule would mean that a shift in balance would cause a rip in the fabric of time. This is corroborated by Future Trunks and the Galatic Patrolman. My last point is that deities are indifferent about life, even Zeno, whereas Goku has always displayed sympathy and concern for others, even well before he hit his head he showed signs of care towards Grandpa Gohan, so hitting his head did nothing to change his personality as he got his gentle nature from his mother Gine, even Bardock showed concern for his friends, which he has both Gine and Bardock's traits. If Goku was given the duty of God, then it would still cause conflict with his decision making about who to destroy and who to spare. He couldn't even destroy Frieza by his own free will, that again would impact the timeline of events. So you see, this is fruitless, could never happen.
