The fact that Stolas has realised how toxic his relationship with Blitzø is shows that he’s actually growing as a character, while Blitzø ignoring the warning signs that all is not well between him and Stolas shows how self sabotaging he is

i don't blame blitz for thinking their relationship was sex only, with how stolas acted and talked, the pilot, the 1st episode, the 2nd episode, that little moment at ozzy's where he hid himself during the song showed he was worried about his status, blitz liked stolas also(shown in striker's 1st return episode) but only thought stolas wanted him for sex

god what an awful execution that turn out to be
Blitz enters the room clearly thinking that it's sex day (as it IS sex day according to their deal) to do sex things
Stolas then breaks the moment by 1 asking for the book getting Blitz confused and then immediately saying that he wants the book back FOREVER
the book is literally the only thing that keeps I.M.P in business
so Stolas demanding the book back forever is basically the same as Stolas saying he is closing down I.M.P
at this point Blitz is in tears begging to get the book back saying he can do better that he will do anything
just for Stolas to then bring up his massive confession of love.
and when Blitz then think it's a new roleplay thing Stolas then just goes "nop ok you don't care the same as i goodby" the man is not leting Blitz take a second to think when he realised Stolas was serious
heck instead of giving Blitz time Stolas just starts talking about his feelings and how it was not meant to be
and so Blitz confused upset and confused react the only way the man knows how to react to a "out of his control" situation that he hates. by yelling his lungs out
a dumb move on Blitz making the situation worse but the most Blitz move to make in this situation nonetheless
The Cherubs wouldn't need angelic steel against I.M.P. since they're lower-tier Hellborn demons. Anything that isn't a Sinner or on the same (or higher) tier as an Ars Goetia can be killed with normal weapons.

I don't usually comment, but I just wanted to say that I really enjoy your reactions to Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel.
We have different opinions on quite a few things (for example: Stolas and Blitzø are my favorite characters 😂), but I really like how honest you are with all this! And even though we have different opinions I think you explain yours very well and I like the different point of view.
I also agree with many of the things you criticize, the show isn't perfect and too many people act like it's without any flaws whatsoever.
I just really appreciate how you do this and wanted to let you know! Please never change.

Here’s the thing, Ryan. Whether you like it or not… Blitzø actually *has* feelings for Stolas, he’s just self sabotaging and doesn’t think he’s worthy of being loved. The idea of Stolas genuinely caring about him is too much for him to comprehend, at this point in his arc
You should check out the trailer for the other half of season 2 if you want to see what the other episodes will be like and also the month they release.

Hmm, it is a very valid point to steer people away from this mentality of getting back together in a toxic way, it will not it fundamentally cannot work. but as this is front to back pure fiction, and given one scene along from the back half of season 2 trailer, they will go the romance angel, everyone who has seen the trailer will know what scene I mentioned, probably from the sinsmas episode due to an icy courtyard. Though this is a fictional show they could still have the romance as this isn't real, and most people i think wouldn't take how they handle romance as gospel, so it could work with suppression of disbelief. Wow, what one hell of a rant.
I feels like the cherub plotline was gonna be in a future episode but they needed something to put in the middle of this one so they plopped it in there.
It's possible that Angels are a lot more vulnerable when they are banished from Heaven, much like Vaggie likely thought was the case.

22:34 I don't necessarily believe that Cherubs possess angelic weapons, as maybe they lost their angelic abilities as they were kicked out of Heaven. Also, do to Blitzo and gang being lowly Hellborn, they are able to be killed permanently without the need of angelic weapons; whereas sinners and Royalty demons (like) need to be permanently killed or permanently injured by angelic weapons or else they will respawn (or regenerate) themselves, which is told to have been extremely painful
Stolas has good intentions,, but horrible execution- neither of them understand how to communicate to the other, in a way the other understands (and it shows)
I love the art and visuals of vivziepop's shows but the humour is just edgy/horny=funny.
That's why Smiling friends is becoming my favorite. It's just so real that it dosen't need jokes to be funny.

about why Blitz did not just steal an asmodeus crystal. not sure as we have no info out side what been sayd this episode but i can take a guess
Stolas says the crystal is in Blitz name so you may NEED to get it registered as it also seems like you need to get them from Asmodeus himself

They are absolutely something that you have to get from Asmodeus himself. And for all of Blitzo's shortcomings, he's not dumb enough to try stealing from one of the Deadly Sins.
Just a little heads up for ya. They released a trailer for when you can expect the rest of season 2. But take it with a grain of salt cuz animation and legal issues might cause delays.

I kinda of agree on the Episode, I was really looking forward to the Cherub’s return, but their part in the episode was amusing but didn’t quite jive with the rest of the episode to me. I think it was it was there to either make the emotional point at the end more impactful.
To be honest, I'm not sure Blitz could find anyone else like Stolas. Stolas does care deeply for Blitz, and the only reason their relationship at first was Toxic was because Blitz assumed that Stolas thought of him as a means to and end, even if it was otherwise. Blitz now knows that Stolas really cared for Blitz, and now Blitz can lower his walls and be less toxic to Stolas and himself.

I still don't understand why you hate Stolas so much, like Jesus..... You're so focused on the way they portrayed him on the pilot of the series that you seem to completely disregard all the character development he's been getting all this time. Yeah, he's obviou flawed, that's the point. Everyone is, lol.
And it doesn't mean he can't be relatable just because he's rich and rich people are happy because money. I think we all know that's silly by now considering how many rich and famous people are depressed and many that even take their own lives despite everything they have. I love most reactions but that point's just getting kinda tiresome by now
Huh I thought I was pretty nice to stoles this episode. I even rooted for him haha. I don't think I'll ever fully love him but don't hate him like I used to.

Haha you mean the fire that was started by a little birthday cake? Or how about the fire charlie started in episode 4 of hazbin that exploded in seconds
Yeah. Tent material tends to be flammable. And fireworks are pretty, um… what’s the word? ….explosive? The tiniest spark can let off a firework if you’re unlucky, and Fizz was right next to an entire crate of them when they went up. Just because there’s two instances of an explosion doesn’t mean everything in Hell goes up like a dying Christmas tree

This episode basically stated that no matter who it is, no matter the circumstances and no matter the level of care he has for the person Blitzo will never change, he will always ruin his relationships by being terrible towards his partners or friends. Blitzo is a genuinely toxic person who has barely any reason to be especially when compared to most others like Moxxie who was forced to kill his own mother directly, this type of character is great for comedy but absolutely terrible for anything serious.
I have to wonder, why i watch your reactions. you dont really seem to care that much about whatever youre reacting to. you laugh at the most inappropriate moments..you seem to find the sappy moments stupid or funny. am i just reading it wrong?
How about you learn that it's not that deep. Let people watch the way they want
Personally i find this episode to be the worst in the season, the way the characters interact and speak feels different, and while the stolas/blitz stuff was amazing the rest of the episode was to goofy, and not two well written
I love finally seeing someone criticize the show after the reaction XD
