Immigration keeps Residence visa deferred for 1 year and allows the applicant to come to NZ on Jobseeker visa to get an offer letter in the skill shortage list. This visa is issued Only, Only and Only to applicants who meet residence visa requirements and case officer after getting satisfied with all the assessment will provide Job seeker visa. So it's very different story.

( Evidence look as the historic data of invitations) 2. The wait time between ITA and Job seeker visa is more than 36 months this should be also mentioned ( evidence look at the historic data on immigration) 3 now the points cut off is 180 and 15 August onwards it will be 6 points system where overseas candidate will not be able to get any JOb seeker visa unless he gets an offer from accredited employer. 4. The person in the video met 160 points cutoff without a job offer and must have waited for more than 17 months . This should be part of the video 😊. It's not residency in 10 days sir You ask the applicant in this video when she applied her EOI and how much time it took her for the job seeker and after that finding a job offer and then converting it to residence. It's a long journey sir😊
