I think they mean how much they’ve asked him to do. It’s not like we haven’t seen amazing Liverpool XIs play 90 mins of every match for a year or two and then burn out and finish 4th or 5th the next season…
Did you guys see Gravenberch against Germany? Ryan Gravenberch will get a must must better in the coming months plus Liverpool won 6 Champion leagues not 4 r 5..
Odegaard is such a miss for Arsenal. I was at their preseason game v liverpool and he was amazing. He knits the entire team together. Granted most of the first teamers weren’t there but everything went through him. He was the centre of everything.
@@markb1988Liverpool moved 10 players on last summer and had huge injury issues, plus VAR screwed them over against both MC and Arsenal. They did well to even be title contenders until they were. The ref bottling giving the pen against Doku was when they fell away.
Arsenal have gotten unbelievably lucky with injuries in the past couple of seasons. Which is exactly why they finished 2nd. If they get even a normal amount of injuries this season they’re coming 3rd. Sorry Gooners.

Buvey we need your help to save football discourse - sorry but Shaun and others are just wrong with Arsenal "CLOSING THE GAP", the "tired" shouts for Liverpool and Arsenal being on par with City last season, please could you mention the following regarding Liverpool and Manchester City injuries last season? I feel like its not getting mentioned at all? (ManCity and Liverpool being in an actual HUGE injury crisis last season). Its EMBARASSING noone in the space mentions this. City were missing their best players in KDB, Stones, Ederson and Haaland for months (Haaland 2 months, KDB 5 MONTHS!!!, Stones 2 months, Ederson 3 months) last season !! Yet noone mentions this when talking about this year's title race. Its crazy that they kept up and managed to win the title despite this, never gets mentioned either. Gvardiol, Walker, Grealish and Doku were also missing for like a month, noone cares in the media for some reason. Liverpool had Salah, Alisson, Trent, Robertson, Jota and Thiago (most of those world class and all of them KEY starting players) out for MONTHS last season (also AT THE SAME TIME!), basically all of their world class players (except of VVD) and they still finished like 5pts behind Arsenal and pushed them and City nearly till the end + won a trophy without these world class players too...its astonishing when looking at this injury list and also how long the injuries took (Alisson 2 months, Salah 3 months, Trent 2 months, Robbo 4 months, Jota 3 months, Thiago all season). It was one of the most impressive coaching jobs I ve ever seen for Klopp to survive that and remain competitive. They also had many injuries to other players that are not maybe that key but that impacted the depth in a huge way (Konate, Tsimikas, Bajcetic, Jones, Nunez...) MEANWHILE ARSENAL are getting shouts for being the best team in the league while missing literally only Timber who is not even a starter last season, there is so much disrespect towards Liverpool and City its crazy. When all of those 3 squads are fully fit (havent happened last season lets be honest), Arsenal are BY FAR AND AWAY the worst out of those and its not close. Also how comes that everyone speaks about Manchester United injury crisis and noone mentions City and Liverpool? Baffling
