If you like the last song check out Mithras - Worlds Beyond The Veil. Not quite the same but the final track has the same vibe that Mithras always gave me
I love how they deliberately turned the compression way up past normal levels. Everything has so much extra punch that it distorts all over the place.

No se puede negar que el grupo tiene influencias, pero no se limitaron a copiar, imprimen su propia personalidad en su obra y consigueron crear algo completamente original, con una calidad a nivel legendario. Mi más absoluta admiración.
Wormed es un exponente del metal a nivel mundial, que nivel, puro metal Alienigena.

Love how the weird, eerie atmospheric tones are incorporated directly into the songs themselves in places. I wish they did it even more than they do but it's tasteful and evocative regardless. Which maybe seems like a weird set of adjectives for technical brutal death metal, but this is unusual and really well put together music.
I have the previous 2 albums on vinyl. Definitely worth a listen.
Instead of playing technical just for the sake of sounding technical, Wormed plays technically for the sake of sounding GOOD. And like you said, atmospheric, weird, eerie, tasteful, and evocative!
They ve evolved into a more mature and structural yet abstract sound and its amazing

The emphasis very much on melody and rhythm and it is beautiful the limitations they impose and the endlessness the conjure regardless. Love the symmetric harmonies would it mind more asymmetrical counterpoint unless I'm simply not hearing it please point me out someone if I'm wrong
Sounds most harmonically their dentist release. I was wrong to make such rash assumptions so early.Wormeds albums grow and evolve on us through time impossible to grasp nearly st all the first couple listens.
Lots of augmented sonorities though I'd say.

there's a Ψ (psi) in there... a Φ (phi), an inverted Ψ, a combination of Ξ (ksi) and Σ (sigma) and an Ω (omega) on its side. All are consonants except Ω. None of it makes any sense, it just looks odd/weird/cool.
