It's great to see the first course i played on my disc golf obsession (yes im now a disc goblin) journey played by the man who taught me how to understand and play disc golf.
I have to mentally prepare myself for Mach 3's. Mid low and left catch. Anything, high mid left high mid right is out. Great round. Loved seeing that Eagle on 17 and the fist pump.
Those putts on 4 & 5!!! Then the final one! Great round Robbie! Hope the arm is healing up well, looking forward to seeing you compete again, see the results. 🤠👍
This was the first video I watched of yours and my name is Josh. The intro really threw me, but it worked. It took me watching another video to understand. I’m doing great, excited to play disc golf in the morning.
Robbie, the fact that you go into depth explaining things, like your thought process, results of your throws, the how and why of what you're doing, those things are so helpful for guys like me who have only spent a year playing solo and who might still be fresh to the game. Your videos are like free clinics. Please don't stop.
I know its not exactly local but I'd love to see you get into the huntsville area courses and North Alabama in general. Also, Montevallo was the first course I ever played around 13 years ago. Great to see my alma mater on here.
I felt my heart stop when you hit the bottom of the basket on 18. I cannot imagine how you felt in real-time. That is how we grow grey hair lol. Hey i have had shoulder problems i have struggled through with my game. One thing that helped me is being very purposeful about picking my bag up with my left hand to save wear and tear on my right shoulder. I found it helped with my arm strength on multiple round days as well.
Brutal last putt...hahaha!! You almost had the same reaction when you aced on Foundation video, your facial reaction...famous last words, this is to have to not have to putt on Mach...
Hey Robbie, long time supporter. The course record as of right now is -11 and I shot it during a league. Was rated 994. So I guess technically -12 is 1000
Thus the confusing part of ratings. 🤣🤣 because I was going off of Pevey’s round in the Fundraiser event. 🤷♂️🤷♂️ I feel like especially on the easier courses, These things can change so fast! Great round though!!
@@RobbieCDiscgolfthank you so much, been watching your videos for a year. Found your account like 3 days after I bought my first discs. However my round was in the B position, all of them.
I treat baskets just like hitting gaps. Just assume everything is gonna work out and dont even allow yourself to think about it. Use your focus to try and throw good shots and dont worry about anything else. Most of the time if you execute you'll be rewarded but sometimes you wont. Unless you have telekinesis or control space and time there isnt much you can do about things that are out of your control.
The baskets definitely not doing you any favors, but it causes you to putt low, tentative, and miss two that you normally would make and almost the one on 18. While i wouldn't blast a spin putt at it, I think you'd make more putts treating it like any other basket and knowing you'll probably get a spit out. Better to get one of those, than to putt weak several times because it may spit it out.
I laughed out loud at that last putt. 😂

i love the tunnel shot, holds the understable greatly

I wish the Eagle line was able to be shown the whole way. I’d love to see what it looks like fighting out over the road!
I wish you knew how many times I have stood on the end of hole 7 tee pad and sat in wonder of my shot going nowhere near the basket!!! Felt so real!!
hahahaha that hole will always live in shock for me! Appreciate all the work you and the club do to make this course awesome!!
Glad to see your injury is getting better
That PUTT at the end!!! Sheesh, my stomach dropped while watching that bro. Great round, really appreciate you.
YES. Literally made my heart jump. With that one putt, Robbie did to me what no Hollywood production company can 🤣
I can appreciate you reminding all of us to warm up in the intros now!

i held my breath on that last putt! Great job Robbie!
That laugh on 5, I loved it. Love that feeling. I know that felt good to sink that one.
When you left your mini and remembered you left your mini and we got to witness it all, gave me a small chuckle. 🤭
I'm pretty sure we all clinched with Robbie on that last put! LMAO
Love this series!
Great finish Robbie! Loved the last putt drama😂
Never been more pumped up for a putt than that last one 😂 nice work!
Doing great thanks for asking..!!
Great to watch Robbie! You had us all cringe at that last putt! I will always be bias and suggest Inverness. :D
High drama, brother! That Holyn Handley clutch up on 17, I felt that! Then that slow motion movie-ender on 18, wow LOL

Bruh! I was watching this in my car on lunch and I audibly gasped on that last put!
Great round

Newer subscriber here so I don't know if you have ever hit the LZ in Enterprise, AL but it be awesome to see you play it.
That final putt! No need for trick-shot finishes 😂
I'm doing better than I deserve! Thanks for asking. - Josh
So you went with the tunnel shot huh. I went with the glyph. I work out of town so I haven’t got to play with it yet. Love your vids BTW.
Bruh, I felt that last putt in my chest!
That finish !!! Could it have been closer!!?!? Holy cow
@@rjreliv still have nightmares about it 🤣🤣
I’m doing good Robbie thanks for the shoutout

Want to buy a V4 Atlas bag... any clue when the next colorway drop is happening?

that last putt man 🤣
You should try the Strait by Meridian Discs
Where do you get those resistance bands ?
That putt at 28:30 smiled sinisterly before going in. That could have gone either way.
Oh my gosh he was talking to me and I'm first comment! Lll
Robbie! Tell me you hit up cactus rock and made a day 0 video!?
I did get out there to film the front nine!
That last putt though.....
18:34 glad you found it ha ha
Yes, yes I am having a good one thanks for asking 😂
I be good today..thanks for asking..
I watched you walk away on camera from the mini about a third of the way through and wondered if you realized it.
Double Creek next?
Those are Mach Vs. Mach III don’t have the slider chains.
Where can we find a Denis shirt?
For everyone watching he made 17 look very easy. It is not. Most people don’t even make it out to first landing zone for a birdie opportunity.
Who makes the tunnel shot?
Compound Discs!
Yea bro your mini is on hole 9 by 2nd putt that chained out
Went back and got it thankfully!
15:55 the marker 😬
DUDE! DONT SCARE ME LIKE THAT WITH THAT PUTT ON 18
Humble tree?
Humble Tree is actually a great idea!
Rob try to keep it 1000 at Inverness longs hehehehe
That’s the last tier in the order! Hahaha the final crown jewel in the series!
Pay no attention to the "Phrase Throwers" Those that love the sport teach as well.
bro naw
With peace and love, I don't think sissy is a great word choice.
